Celebrate International Yoga Day With Guru Rajesh Ranjan(21st June 2017)

International yoga day is celebrated every year on 21st of June, among all the yoga lovers across the world. It is the day when all the yogis renew their oath of spreading peace and unity across the world through yoga and decide to evoke the passion of yoga and meditation among the people of the world.

I am Rajesh Ranjan, a compassionate yoga teacher and instructor, I am running my school Rakesh Yoga School at Goa, India. I am the founder of this school and teach the basics, philosophies and in depth knowledge of yoga to my students with the help of a group of competent yoga teachers. Through this school I want to fulfill my dream of creating a healthy and peaceful society where everyone lives with a pure soul, away from the cunningness of this materialistic life. I want to deliver my all knowledge regarding yoga into those who love meditating, who want to find the truth of life because I strongly believe that knowledge should never be kept confined with a single soul rather it should be spread as far as it is possible.

Yoga is a knowledge of love, harmony and peace. It is the direct way to purify one’s soul and it is the most holistic approach to the well ness of a human being. Through my yoga school, I dreamt to serve humanity by bringing them ultimate health, success and love for life. i have spent decades of my life in search of peace and calmness of soul and finally I came to the conclusion that only yoga is the ultimate source to extract the divine peace of soul. It is a link between a body and its spiritual strengths.

I always thought that how can I help those who are living a clumsy and depressed life, people who are so much fed up of their life that they have reached just at the brink of committing suicide. Finally I got the keys to all these depression, anxiety and hypertensions and that key was practicing yoga on regular basis.

Before inviting more people towards yoga practice on this auspicious world yoga day, I will like to summarize my words about benefits of yoga with in few lines.

I firmly believe that none of God’s creation is useless. He has created everyone with some purpose and one and the basic purpose is to serve the humanity. So, I strongly believe that if every one of us pay all his potentials to develop a healthy, educated and highly disciplined society. This is the actual mission under which I have decided to establish my own yoga school and teach the students how to live a true life and practice yoga and meditation.
